i cant find i good phpbb forum that gives me easy control, ulimited members and is free. and that lets me upload stuff to it. i tried dk3, but the admin buttons and stuff wouldnt show up.

I dont reccomend these crap sites. Sorry guys but you all have subdomains which means you have to ASK people to join. With a real host and real domain you can get people TO join from search engines and stuff. But since you want free, thats the only way.
