I can build you a free web site. I need to build myself a portollio of work and i have nothing to show for it as i am a newly qualified programmer.
I am competant in Html, XML, Javscript and photoshop aslo i am slowly getting to grips with asp but i am not ready to program with that as yet.

But anyways, back to the topic ... if you are giving away free websites than it is best to go for a local charity or not-for-profit organisation in your town. that way you can valuable publicity through that as well. And it also helps out an organisation that needs help, while giving you advertising.
That is what I would do! And have fun! Starting a business is an exciting venture :)
