We're getting the following error message when attempting to finalize a sale in Miva Merchant.


Unable to authorize payment: CC-2501: Unable to connect to SSL Server.

Does ANYONE know if this is something I can fix or am I dependent upon someone at Westhost thwacking the server?

This appears to be the only thing keeping us from actually being able to process sales again. Everything else appears to be working just fine - if slowly.

And I would very much like to get this "solved" and move on with the disasters in my life that I'm actually responsible for creating.
